The Tokanees, hailing from Grand Forks, BC, bring excitement to the stage with their diverse styles and homegrown sound. Founding members Sacha Pétulli, Mike O’Neill, Michel Pétulli, and Michelle Croissant had played together for almost 3 years in previous lineups. After many invitations to play local events it soon became time to take the group to the next level. They gained some great talent with Leif Churchill and Jacob MacMillan coming on board to fill out the band. Previously The Tokanees had the opportunity of having Drew Oliver and Mike Champigny play for Cannafest show in 2018. In the year 2021 they modified the lineup once again and look forward to bring more originals along with tasty covers to audiences.
This seasoned crew of musicians plays a variety of originals and covers that will get you on the dance floor in no time. Their big sound never ceases to amaze crowds with a blend of rock, blues, and acoustically-driven songwriter tunes. They were thrilled to have the honour of sharing their music with locals and visitors alike at Canada’s fastest-growing classic rock festival Cannafest 2018.
